Sunday I purchased some new work out gear, and although my legs were still sore from Saturday, I headed out to do my 5 km at lunch. As I started running, my toe was quite sore, a pinch of sorts. It got worse as I went, so my timing wasn't too good.
When I returned to work, I looked at my foot..that hole is deep!
