Small set backs.

Saturday June 4, 2016, I ran my first 10k.  Well not run full out, but run.  My time was 1 hour 17 min.  I have 17 min to shave to do my blackbelt test.

Sunday I purchased some new work out gear, and although my legs were still sore from Saturday, I headed out to do my 5 km at lunch.  As I started running, my toe was quite sore, a pinch of sorts.  It got worse as I went, so my timing wasn't too good.

When I returned to work, I looked at my foot..that hole is deep!
