My stances and set ups are coming along quite well, and kicks, step sparring and patterns are strong... we had a trial tournament last week, and I placed gold amongst higher ranks......I'm not sure sometimes of what Sir thinks about all this.... but I'm happy that I was able to test for double green stripe and have been promoted! yeah!
