Plus.......
all the kicks and techniques from their lower ranks, all the korean terminology and pattern definitions, and words used in taekwon do, plus ... 180 degree inside crescent kick, 180 degree outside crescent kick, Hook-roundhouse kick combination, Roundhouse-hook kick combination

To finish things off.... they had to break a board with a jump kick, and break another board with their hand.  These boards were just cut... and not dried very well..... but they both did it one shot!  Bria actually kicked a knot right out of the wood!

Here are some picks.
Stand up and put your arm straight out above your head.  Look at where your palm is... this is how high the board is... for their kick to break it.

Brianna getting ready...

And she jumps.... then switches legs in mid air... and BANM!! Breaks the board and out comes a flying knot!

2nd board break... by hand.

Here is ty.
Right in half with pieces flying everywhere.

Hands straight and tiger paw!

Defence techniques.

We now wait to see if they get there new belts and certificates... next week.

Tyler looks forward to Master Fu's tournament in November in Aylmer Quebec!
See ya there!
